Public Offer
This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) by which the operator of LegitDress (the “Operator”), based in the Republic of Cyprus, proposes to provide authentication services to any individual (the “Customer”) who accepts its terms. Placing and paying for an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
1. Subject
Under this Offer, the Operator provides the Customer with an expert assessment of the authenticity of an item based on photographs submitted by the Customer and, where the assessment is positive, issues a digital authenticity certificate. The assessment is a professional opinion and is not a legal guarantee or appraisal.
2. Acceptance
The Offer is accepted when the Customer places an order and the corresponding fee is deducted from the Customer’s balance. Acceptance also confirms the Customer’s agreement to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of the agreement.
3. Order Procedure
The Customer creates an order, selects a service tier, uploads photographs in accordance with the photo guide, and confirms the order. The assessment begins once payment is taken and sufficient photographs are available.
4. Price and Payment
The price is determined by the selected tier and is shown before confirmation. Orders are paid from the Customer’s balance, which is funded in USDT (TRC-20), with 1 USDT credited as 1 USD. Payment is deemed made at the moment the amount is deducted from the balance.
5. Performance and Timelines
The Operator performs the service within the time frame associated with the selected tier, calculated from payment, provided that sufficient photographs have been supplied. If additional photographs are required, the time frame runs from the moment they are received.
6. Result
The result of the service is a Verdict (authentic, replica, or a request for additional photographs) together with a comment and, for a positive verdict, a digital certificate that can be verified by its reference number. The service is considered rendered once the Verdict is issued.
7. Rights and Obligations
The Customer undertakes to submit genuine photographs of the actual item and accurate information. The Operator undertakes to perform the assessment with due professional care and to keep the Customer’s information confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Operator may refuse or discontinue service where the Customer provides false or misleading materials or breaches the Terms of Service.
8. Liability
The Operator is not responsible for decisions the Customer makes in reliance on a Verdict. The Operator’s liability in respect of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, outages, or actions of authorities, for the duration of those circumstances.
10. Term and Final Provisions
This Offer takes effect upon acceptance and remains in force until the parties’ obligations are fulfilled. The Operator may amend the Offer; the current version is always available on this page. Matters not covered by this Offer are governed by the Terms of Service and the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
